Wheelocity Cabs – Terms and Conditions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Wheelocity Cabs services, including bookings, payments, cancellations, and conduct.
1.2 By using our services, passengers agree to comply with these terms.

  1. Booking and Cancellation Policy

2.1 Passengers can book rides via the Wheelocity Cabs website, or helpline.
2.2 Bookings may be subject to availability, traffic conditions, and driver availability.
2.3 Free cancellation within 5 minutes of booking confirmation. After that, a cancellation is not considered.
2.4 No-show charges will apply if a passenger fails to board within 10 minutes of driver arrival.

  1. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Fares are calculated based on distance, time, surge pricing, and additional fees (e.g., tolls, waiting charges).
3.2 Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or digital wallets.
3.3 Surge pricing applies during peak hours, high demand, or bad weather.

  1. Passenger Conduct

4.1 Passengers must treat drivers with respect and avoid abusive behavior.
4.2 No smoking, drinking, or illegal activities are allowed in the cab.
4.3 Passengers are responsible for their belongings; the company is not liable for lost items.

  1. Driver and Vehicle Safety

5.1 All drivers undergo background verification and vehicle safety checks.
5.2 Drivers reserve the right to cancel rides if passengers are intoxicated or behave aggressively.
5.3 Emergency support is available for safety concerns during the ride.

  1. Liability and Limitations

6.1 Wheelocity Cabs is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.2 We do not guarantee ride availability at all times.
6.3 Any disputes or complaints should be reported within 24 hours of the ride.
